Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs collard greens, washed and chopped

  • 1 smoked turkey leg

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 4 cups chicken stock



Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add turkey and chicken stock.

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add collard greens.

  3. Cook on low heat for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
