Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey
Ingredients:
3 lbs collard greens, washed and chopped
1 smoked turkey leg
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 cups chicken stock

Instructions:
In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add turkey and chicken stock.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then add collard greens.
Cook on low heat for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
