Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups milk
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain.
In a pot, melt butter, add flour, and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk.
Stir in cheeses until melted. Combine with pasta and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
