Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1/4 cup butter



Instructions:

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain.

  2. In a pot, melt butter, add flour, and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk.

  3. Stir in cheeses until melted. Combine with pasta and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
